Turns out when the larger blade caught it stripped a gear that needed to be replaced.
Have I mentioned how much I love my car? I am still going to save money for a replacement (just in case) but its good to have my baby back.

Glad it was only the plastic gear... so bad Sam's Club won't stand behind there error and pay for the new gear.
